We accept Visa Credit, Visa Delta, Mastercard and Switch. We cannot accept Visa Electron or Solo cards. Please do not send cash.

PLEASE NOTE:

No contract shall exist between you and Rail Freight Group until we have confirmed your order by email. Contracts between you and Rail Freight Group shall be governed by English law and all purchases will be deemed to have taken place in the United Kingdom Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. In the unlikely event that goods become unavailable, we will inform you by email.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order as soon as we have your cleared funds. We will normally send your order to you in 14 business days from that point . International orders are generally received in under 25 days, but this is subject to additional address verification from your credit card company.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added on applicable goods and services (including shipping and handling).

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. If you are unhappy to send credit card details over the 'net, then we are happy to take them by phone or fax - please ensure you quote your order number in any communication.

Cancellation and Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All conference bookings can be cancelled upto 14 days prior to the date of the conference subject to a 10% administration charge. After this date all conference fees will be due in full.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the former Which? We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We may send you information in the future about products and services which may be of interest to you. Remittance Terms

We dispatch on approval from your credit card company or on clearance of a cheque - PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH. All delegate rates must be paid in full prior to the conference date.
