RSSB is running a webinar in association with RFG to update members on its strong programme of Freight Research.
We will have a brief summary of the four projects in delivery, two more out to tender and a further five in preparation, but the focus will be on determining priorities for research in the future. So, to contribute to the prioritisation and discussion, attendees and freight stakeholders are invited to submit ideas and research proposals in advance of the webinar to robert.staunton@rssb.co.uk . Submissions will also be welcomed after the event.
The panel will be chaired by RFG Director General Maggie Simpson OBE and include Helen McAllister, Freight Team Lead at GBR Transition Team; Tim Shakerley, UK Rail Managing Director for Freightliner, and Karl Watts, CEO at Rail Operations UK Ltd.
This will be an interactive two-hour session, with plenty of time for questions and discussion.
